We are grateful to Mabon House for the list of Celtic Full Moon names. We use these names because our family is Celtic & Danish, and because the traditional or First Nations moons have been anglicized. The true meanings behind their traditions belong to them. We light up the grid space with a perpetual candle between the new moon and full moon at the White Light Express sacred altar, where we read your prayers in private, and sit in meditation for your highest and best outcome.
According to Celtic tradition, the March full moon is known as the Seed Moon. It is also known as the Wind Moon, Storm Moon or the Worm Moon. This is the season of Ostara, celebrating the start of springtime. March is a good time to start planting seeds – both literally and figuratively, in order to bring new things into your life.
